There are 3 main areas of focus:
Commercial – we focus on janitorial and cleaning service that would include but not limited to empting trash receptacles and replacing liners, cleaning of private and shared restrooms, break room, common areas, kitchens, carpet vacuuming and shampooing, Hard surface floor stripping, waxing, polishing, dusting ,construction clean-up, secure lock-up and day porters
Multi-Family – we offer a full or custom tailored property management service to assist landlords/investors in maximizing profitability. ProVision Property Managers are experienced specialists in providing efficient, professional management services for properties of any size and use.
Contractor Services – Professional window installation, hardwood floor installation and interior/exterior painting. We offer competitive pricing on every quote.
